    On 28 Travel Woes
Really enjoyed your visit Marnie. Interesting that a developing country like India has a better transport system than western Canada. Maybe Alberta should forget about cattle ranching and look into camels or elephants to replace the Greyhound bus system and the Canadain National Railway?

Signed a mad, demanding family member. ;)

  1. 29 – soap box exercises…

Your comments instructions are a little authoritarian don’t you think? Comment here, say which post, identify number…

No offence but it is like filling out a tax form – painful, timing consuming and only required if you have no imagination.

Anyway, I’ve completely forgotten what I was going to say about your soapbox exercised and must now return to work.

    Regards! Ram

  2. I can be a little bossy at times I know. (My younger sister-who made the first comment-can verify this)
Have a good day at work. (I can also be nice sometimes too)
OK I’ve added a little wording to the above so I’m not so bureaucratic sounding.
I’ve added your blog to my other blog In Italics

Oh yeah. What’s a Valhalla Nomad besides you? I always think Vanilla Nomad, but that’s not right. Is that some new kind of Tim Horton’s coffee flavor? Does it come with 10 Timbits?

I went to see Slumdog Millionaire with Marnie in the theatre on opening day. Although I had seen many photos of India and heard many stories, I di not really relize what life there was like until I saw the movie. Marnie often speaks about organized chaos when referring to India, but now I understand what she means.this movie was awesome. Marnie, can you write a comment about the movie and how it relates to the “Real” India versus Bollywood?
